This is a follow along video for lower back stability, low back strengthening, L4 L5 disc bulge exercises, L5 S1 disc bulge exercises. Only do exercises if you are cleared by your doctor. Exercises should never be done if they cause pain. No one exercise is specific to everyone. L4 L5 disc bulge, L4 L5 disc herniation, L5 S1 disc bulge, L5 S1 disc herniation, can be a source of lower back pain and also leg pain. Exercises for herniated disc can consist of strengthening and stability routine such as the one shown in this video. This is a good beginner disc bulge exercise program.
