I’ve been going to Dr. Walter for almost 2 years. I have a herniated disc in my L4-L5 and previous to my visiting Dr. Walter I would have pain shooting down my leg, some days where it was difficult to sit down, and about 1 or 2 times per year where the pain made it hard to stand upright and I would have to lay in bed.

During my treatment I became pregnant and was very worried that the extra weight gain would effect my back. With Dr. Walter’s help I made it through my pregnancy with ease! Every year prior to meeting Dr. Walter I had at least one (or more) large period of dealing with intense pain; however I was shocked and happily surprised that I did not experience any pain at all during my treatment with him.

After the pregnancy there were days where my back was stiff and felt as though I was heading towards one of those periods where I would be dealing with a lot of pain. A few quick visits with Dr. Walter and everything was back on track again!

Since the very first time I stepped foot into Back to Health, I have felt so welcomed by Dr. Walter and his staff. Dr. Walter took his time with me, listened to me, and I felt like he really cared and could help. And he truly did help me tremendously! I first was going to him because of terrible migraines I was getting very regularly and pain medication wasn’t working. Not only did he basically rid me of my migraines, but he improved my mood, and I can handle stress so much better as well. I am now going to him because of having sciatica from pregnancy (I am in my third trimester now) I cannot believe the difference he makes! He uses a technique called the Webster technique and it really has helped me walk, sit, stand and sleep better as soon as he started this technique. I can’t thank him enough!! And when my son is born I will be taking him into see Dr. Walter right away to be assessed and possibly adjusted 🙂
